Jumpin Jack Sprat
is a well bred coming three year old stallion. We have added another stallion to
our farm and simply have to let one of our boys go. Since this boy is out of our
mare Genna we have chosen to offer him for sale.
He has top bloodlines, TONS of hair, and a
“wow factor” you don’t see every day.
Like our Sweeper mare he is tri colored, and has the
kind of feather desired in
a breeding stallion..
When Sprat was a weanling his feather already came
over the front of his hoof. He is in the top of the breed for hair. He should
finish off a traditional size.Sprat is what the Gypsy Lads are breeding for in
England today. He is small, compact, with correct conformation, a good head,
color and FEATHER. He also has the
temperament of an aged gelding. He can be used right along side a mare without a
hitch. He is offered for sale to an approved
home. He is being presented for registration
in the GVHS and is currently registered with

ready to breed in 2007 and already shows lots of interest in the mares.

Our good mare “Clean
Sweep” foaled on June 10, 2006. Many of you knew her as Champaign,
and have followed her since her import into the US. We choose to
name her Clean Sweep, Sweeper, for short to honor the name and carry
on the lines of the famous stallion that has so heavily influenced
her, The Road Sweeper. This mare is Double Road Sweeper (the
Original UK Road Sweeper) bred and it shows.
We have yet to name this
young colt but for now we are calling him “Boomerang.” If you are
one of the many who missed your chance to buy this mare we are
especially pleased to announce that this colt has SWEEPER stamped
all over him. He has her exotic tri color with a blood bay body and
black and white mane and tail. He has her loud markings, including
that spectacular blaze, and even her little white eye lashes. This
boy will put flash in your herd! We can’t spend enough time with
this colt, who would rather follow his people than be with his own
mother. Sweeper is currently the only breeding age mare in the US
out “Charlie” who was imported from England shortly after she was.
Charlie is a direct son of the original legendary Road Sweeper, and
is currently registered with the Vanner Society. His colts are
selling for an average of $25,000.00. We bred in the quality, so you
can take this stallion/gelding wherever you want to go and you
choose the registry. He is definitely eligible for all three US
registries. He will be tested to determine if he is homozygous for
the pinto gene as he has a few ink spots. He is offered for by
private treaty until weaning. Gelding price could be negotiated if you
would want to do that to him!
TThis colt’s sire is The
Gypsy Wizard aka Harry. We are pleased to be able to offer Harry’s
first full Gypsy offspring here in the US. Both “Boomerang” and “The
President,” below, are out of this traditionally bred stallion.
Harry has incredible conformation, with good clean
bone and a forelock that reaches the end of his nose. He is bred off
“The Old Horse of Whales” bringing yet more tradition, and well

“The President” barn name, Spoon, was born
on President’s Day 2006 (February 20, 2006) out of our good mare, Genna
and The Gypsy Wizard. This boy is STOUT with good clean bone, and a nice
heavy draft “apple butt.” He has a short back, a sweet small head and
beautiful markings. He is double bred off The Old Horse of Whales who is
a well known sire both here and abroad. This boy is foundation bred with
the attitude, movement, and markings to make an impression wherever he
goes. He is a dark bay or possibly black, which you can see beneath his
mousy foal coat, and has a THICK black and white mane and a thick black
tail. He already has loads of feather and is the pasture clown. He is
currently four months old and will be weaned in a few months. Get him
now before his price changes. He is eligible for all the US registries.
We don’t care what you call him, Tinker, Cob, or Vanner as long as you
love him. Spoon is the FIRST full blooded Gypsy Foal sired by The Gypsy
Wizard. We are pleased to have been on the ground floor of this young
traditional Gypsy Stallion’s breeding program. We are sure he will
continue to sire awesome colored foals in the future which will continue
